C.A.P.S Blueprint provides trading automation education, tools, templates, Pine Script education, paper-trading workflows, and development support. It does not provide financial advice, trade signals, managed trading, broker services, custody of funds, or guaranteed results. C.A.P.S does not trade for users. Users control their own broker accounts. These pages are plain-language placeholders pending formal legal review.
1. What we collect
- Waitlist and plan requests: your name, email address, selected tier, experience level, and any message you choose to send.
- Basic technical data needed to operate the site (such as standard server logs).
2. What we do not collect
- We never ask for broker passwords, API keys, or account credentials.
- We never take custody of funds.
- We do not collect trading account data or transaction history.
3. How your information is used
- To review your request and email you the next step for the tier you selected.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the site and its educational tools.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Local browser storage
The free tools (watchlist, journal, checklists, and paper trading simulator) store their data in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
5. Third-party services
The live chart is provided by TradingView and is subject to TradingView's own terms and privacy policy. Community links (such as Discord) are governed by those platforms' policies.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to delete your waitlist or plan request at any time by replying to any email from us. You can clear locally stored tool data at any time through your browser settings.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
