Refund Policy

C.A.P.S Blueprint provides trading automation education, tools, templates, Pine Script education, paper-trading workflows, and development support. It does not provide financial advice, trade signals, managed trading, broker services, custody of funds, or guaranteed results. C.A.P.S does not trade for users. Users control their own broker accounts. These pages are plain-language placeholders pending formal legal review.
Current status: no public checkout
C.A.P.S Blueprint does not currently process payments on this website. Access tiers (Basic, Pro, Pro Plus) are request-only: you submit a request, we review it manually, and any next step is arranged by email before anything is paid.
When payments are introduced
When paid access becomes available, the following principles will apply:
- Digital educational materials and templates: because these are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. If you experience a genuine access or delivery problem, contact us and we will make it right.
- Custom development and education services: refund eligibility is agreed in writing before work begins, based on milestones and work already completed.
- Accidental or duplicate purchases are always reviewed and refunded where appropriate.
What refunds do not cover
- Trading losses of any kind. We never guarantee profits or results.
- Change of mind after full delivery of custom work that was completed as agreed.
How to request help
Reply to any email from us with your request and we will review it personally. Requests are handled by a human, not an automated system.
